Megan’s Technical Services (MTS) is led by husband-and-wife duo Megan Holder (nee Levy) and Luke Holder — a powerhouse partnership blending over 50 years of combined professional experience in theatre, live events, audio engineering, venue management, education, and creative production.
Together, they bring the best of technical mastery, artistic excellence, and real-world leadership to every project.
Our Story
What began as two individual careers in world-class performance and production has evolved into a unified creative and technical force.

Megan — an award-winning theatre practitioner, nationally acclaimed sound engineer, designer, and technical director, known for delivering exceptional experiences across festivals, theatre, corporate events, and live performance spaces.

Luke — an accomplished performing arts leader, theatre manager, academic and music director, with an extensive background as a lecturer, Head of Music, and Executive Director of Creative Performing Arts at leading institutions.
