Cancellation Policy

MTS – Service Policy Megan’s Technical Services (MTS) provides technical production, AV, staging, installation and creative support services. By booking with MTS, you agree to the terms below. Bookings & Payment Bookings are confirmed only once the written quote is accepted and the required deposit is paid. Standard terms unless otherwise stated: 50% deposit to secure booking Balance due before event / handover Additional labour, equipment, travel, or changes requested after acceptance will be billed separately. Cancellations 30+ days prior: Deposit retained 15–30 days prior: 75% of total payable 0–14 days: Full amount payable Postponements subject to availability. Client Responsibilities Client must provide safe access, clear time schedules, power supply, parking/logistics access, and appropriate venue permissions. Unsafe conditions may result in service suspension without liability. Equipment & Damage All equipment remains MTS property. Clients must not modify, move, or allow unauthorised operation. Damage caused by negligence, guests, or venue conditions may be billed to the client. Additional Charges May apply for overtime, extended hours, extra crew, travel, accommodation, late changes, or delays not caused by MTS. Liability MTS provides services with professional care. We are not responsible for venue failure, load shedding, supplier issues, weather disruption, or consequential losses. Clients are encouraged to secure event insurance. Creative & Media Programming, cue files, designs, and technical setups remain MTS intellectual property. MTS may use event images for portfolio unless requested otherwise. Force Majeure MTS is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond control (weather, power failure, emergencies, strikes, venue issues).
